The Fundraising Command Centre
Campaign readiness, pipeline health, follow-up discipline, cross-department dependencies, and an AI weekly digest — running as one system inside your own Microsoft 365 environment.
Read-only from RE NXT or Salesforce · row-level security · every AI output logged
Built for the organizations where campaigns depend on more than fundraising.
If your launches wait on Finance codes, Marketing approvals, and IT tickets — and your leadership wants one trustworthy answer to "are we ready?" — this is for you.
Five capabilities. One screen. One cadence.
Campaign readiness
Every campaign carries a single score, weighted from real prerequisites — prospect coverage, finance setup, creative approval, dependency clearance. Used in real go/no-go decisions, not just status meetings.
"Are we ready to launch?" stops being a matter of opinion.
Pipeline & stall detection
Prospects flagged at 30, 60, and 90 days of silence, portfolio coverage weighted by capacity, and velocity by stage — so managers know where coaching is needed before revenue quietly disappears.
Follow-up discipline
The system runs the SLAs your team means to keep. A proposal submitted with no follow-up in 14 days nudges the fundraiser; day 21 quietly briefs the manager. Most alerts feed a weekly ops review — not an inbox flood.
Dependency register
Every cross-department handoff becomes a visible chain with an owner, a due date, and a risk level. Leadership sees the bottleneck in seconds — and fundraising stops absorbing the blame for it.
"The campaign isn't late because of fundraising. It's waiting on Finance."
AI weekly digest
Monday briefings for fundraisers and narrative summaries for leadership, posted to Teams. Every number is computed by the rules engine first; the AI explains and prioritizes — it never invents. Every output is logged for audit.
Designed for the organizations that will ask hard questions. Good.
The entire system lives in your Microsoft 365 environment. Donor data never leaves your control — including the AI layer, which runs on Azure OpenAI in your own subscription.
We never write to Raiser's Edge or Salesforce. Your CRM stays the system of record; actions happen in Teams, Planner, and Outlook.
Fundraisers see only their assigned prospects, enforced through Power BI row-level security driven by your CRM's own portfolio assignments.
No donor notes or free text ever enter a prompt. The AI narrates pre-computed metrics only, and every digest is logged with its inputs, recipient, and timestamp.
Published pricing. No discovery-call mystery.

What the Command Centre isn't
Not new software to buy. It's built from tools in your existing Microsoft 365 nonprofit subscription, so there's no new platform to procure, host, or trust.
Not a CRM replacement. Raiser's Edge or Salesforce stays the system of record for donors. We make it more useful — we don't compete with it.
Not a dashboard you'll ignore. The monthly cadence — a facilitated ops review, a weekly digest people read — is the product. The dashboards just make it possible.
FAQ
We're on Raiser's Edge NXT — does this work for us?
Yes — RE NXT is our home turf. Version one connects through scheduled exports, which every RE NXT organization can produce, with a direct SKY API connection available as the relationship matures. Salesforce organizations follow the same path.
Our data is a mess. Should we wait?
No — start with the assessment. Messy data is the normal starting condition, and the assessment exists precisely to tell you which of the fifteen checks you pass, which you don't, and what to fix in what order. If the data can't yet support stall detection or readiness scoring, we'll say so plainly and give you the remediation plan.
What Microsoft licenses do we need?
Your existing nonprofit Microsoft 365 subscription covers SharePoint, Teams, Planner, and standard automation. On top of that: a few Power BI Pro seats at nonprofit pricing, one premium automation license for the service account, and pennies of Azure OpenAI usage — roughly $35–60 per month in total. We provide the exact bill of materials before you sign anything.
Who maintains it after launch?
We do — that's the Run stage. Dashboards, automations, threshold tuning, and the data refresh are maintained as part of the monthly service, alongside the facilitated ops review. If you ever leave, everything stays in your tenant, documented, because it was built there.
Is donor information sent to an AI model?
Only the minimum, and only inside your environment. The AI runs on Azure OpenAI in your own subscription, receives pre-computed metrics and operational fields — never notes or correspondence — and every output is logged with its inputs and recipient. For hospital foundations and other privacy-sensitive organizations, we'll walk your privacy officer through the architecture before anything is deployed.
How long until we see value?
The assessment delivers a usable roadmap in two to three weeks. A full build runs six to ten weeks, and the first AI digests and ops reviews start the week the system goes live. Most clients consider the first "the campaign is waiting on Finance, not fundraising" moment to be the payback point.
Find out if your data is ready.
The Data Readiness Assessment is a fixed-fee, two-to-three-week review — and whatever it finds, you keep the roadmap.
